Reasonable pricing and good location. Ammenities seemed adequate, my children enjoyed swimming and ordering room service to the hotel room. Hotel staff were very friendly, especially our housekeepers for room 225 - she spoke to us each time she saw us and remembered our room.
No continental breakfast available as compared to most other downtown hotels.
No carts when we checked in. Had to find assistance and was finally given a laundry cart. The fellow that helped was very nice.
It was a no frills hotel as advertised
My daughter found a large clump of hair on a bed cushion, also it was difficult to find being hidden directly behind another to which it seemed to be linked. This could have been explained and saved driving several times around the block!
Staff was slow, inconsiderate and rude. Insisted we had booked a king until I showed our Booking confirmation for a queen/queen. Acted like I was making it up. I did not feel like a guest of the hotel more like we were an inconvenience.
The room was very nice and pleasantly decorated. The staff was polite and helpful.
It was difficult to locate, but probably because we were unfamiar with the city. Including a map and directions for out of town guests when they book online would be very helpful.
The lady at he desk when we arrived was inviting and helpful, the location was perfect....(in our vacation, we included a trip to the Atlanta Braves game). Never having driven downtown Atlanta, the staff was very helpful in getting us headed the correct way to our destinations.
When we arrived after a long day of travel they did not have our reservation. We showed a printed confrimation from Booking. com, but that wasn't good enough! We had to call Booked.net and have them send a fax. The whole episoide took just over 40 min. Diring this process the hotel staff were rude acting put-out having to deal with us.
